Spa Smrdáky Healing Mineral Water
Treatment, regeneration and relaxation at Spa Smrdáky are based on our mineral water, rich in hydrogen sulphide. Two sources of hydrogen sulphide water called Jozef I. and Jozef II. are used at Spa Smrdáky and have the following balneological properties: natural, curative, slightly mineralized, hydrocarbonate, chloride-carbonate, sodium, sulphuric water with increased content of boric acid, cold (temperature 13 °C), hypotonic, alkaline with hydrogen sulphide content of approximately 600 mg/1 of water.
Spa Smrdáky Healing Mineral Mud
The mineral mud is a peloid that emerges from the welling of hydrogen sulphide water through the loessial soils found in this area. These strong acting sulphurous peloids are used as a health aid in the form of mud packs for joints and the back (spinal column).
Indications
Psoriasis vulgaris, generalisata; dermatitis atopica; eczema chronicum, profesionale; neurodermitis circumscri ta; pruritus, prurigo; ichtyosis; sclerodermia circumscripta; para-psoriasis; acne vulgaris, indurata, conglobata; rosacea; dermatitis rosaceiformis; post-burn conditions; arthritis psoriatica, arthritis rheumatica; vertebropathies; Bechterew's disease; Coxarthritis I.-IV. (A, B,C)
Contraindications
Bronchial asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy, serious cardiovascular disorders, malignant processes, infectious disorders, acute thromboph lebitises, acute psychoses, unstable diabetes, alcohol and other substance addictions, incontinence.
